Custodian / Cleaning Person

Lansford Borough

Lansford Borough is seeking a reliable Custodian/Cleaning Person to maintain the Lansford Borough Police Station and Borough Office. This is an in-person position under the supervision of the Public Works Committee Chairperson.

Duties Include:

Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Sanitizing restrooms and refilling supplies
Emptying trash and recycling
Dusting and window cleaning
Sidewalk sweeping and snow removal as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Criminal background check required
County fingerprinting required
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions

Preferred:

Prior custodial or cleaning experience

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: TBD

Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
