Forms & Applications

Zoning Permit Application

A Zoning Permit may be required for projects such as new construction, additions, sheds, fences, pools, decks, driveway paving/repaving, changes in land use, and other zoning-related work.


UCC Construction Permit Application Packet

A UCC Permit may be required for building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, demolition, renovations, additions, and other construction-related work.


Application Submission Process

  1. Complete the applicable permit application.
  2. Include all required plans, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  3. Email applications and supporting documentation to: permitting@arroconsulting.com
  4. Mail any required fees or documents that cannot be submitted electronically to:
    ARRO Consulting, Inc., 1239 Centre Turnpike, Orwigsburg, PA 17961
  5. ARRO Consulting will review the application and advise of any additional requirements or fees.

Borough Office Procedures

If residents contact the Borough Office regarding Zoning or UCC matters, residents should be directed to ARRO Consulting.

  • Applications and supporting documentation should be submitted to permitting@arroconsulting.com
  • For additional questions, residents may call 570-366-9534 and select Option 1 for Shannon
  • If a resident needs a hard copy of the permit application, the Borough Office may provide one
  • All other zoning and UCC inquiries should be directed to ARRO Consulting

Important Notice

Do not begin construction, land work, or site work until all required permits and approvals have been issued. Work started without required permits may result in delays, additional fees, stop-work orders, or enforcement action.
